The Customer service representative was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable of the product, confidently speaking about the product and ready to offer concise, helpful information. Not only is quality a must have but when we are troubleshooting it can make a huge difference if we can actually speak with a live breathing person. Genie is a large company but still gives us the local touch. When I asked the woman on the phone where the call center was located, she replied friendly, “Dallas, Texas.” Genie sells an amazing product, the automatic garage door opener is great, but what makes genie really amazing is its attention to customer service and accessibility.
